The Full Circle Scholars Program was founded by a group of professionals who were once participants in a similar program led by Ms. Jacqueline Rushing. This program is built on lifelong bonds and a shared commitment to giving back. We believe in legacy in action—returning to uplift the next generation with the support that helped shape our own paths.

At Full Circle Scholars, we help Black and Brown high school students see what’s possible and know they belong in any room they step foot in. Our mission is to empower these students with culturally grounded mentorship, life skills, and access to college exploration and career readiness opportunities that support long-term success.

Many students have the potential to thrive beyond high school, but lack guidance and mentorship from those who understand their lived experiences. Full Circle Scholars exists to bridge that gap.
